How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your Memberchip account and associated data, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@memberchip.io
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
- Include the email address associated with your Memberchip account
We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing the request.
What data will be deleted
Once your request is processed, we will permanently delete:
- Your account profile (name, email, phone number)
- Memberships and subscriptions linked to your account
- Check-ins and activity history
- Authentication data stored in Firebase Authentication
Data that may be retained
For legal and accounting purposes, the following data may be retained for up to 7 years:
- Transaction records related to payments processed via Stripe (no credit card details are stored by Memberchip)
Processing time
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days.
